Looking to get a red & black micro ATX motherboard and I've found this.

ASRock Z77 Professional-M S1155 Intel Z77 DDR3 mATX

I just need something which allows me to keep my 4.5ghz overclocks, not looking to overclock RAM/GPU.

What do you think about this board?
Would it be ok?
Looking for sub £100, closer to £80-90 would be ideal.

That is a very good board, but its a bit out of your budget? Otherwise I was going to recommend it.
