Hi guys, I know we have a 'best apps' thread but I thought it might be a good idea if everyone lists just their top 5.

Rules - You can't list more than 5! This has to be your TOP 5.

Hopefully this way we'll get some really good recommendations. So basically, if you could only keep 5 apps, what would they be? For me...

1.G-mail
2.Twitter
3.Sky Sports Football
4.BBC News
5.ICS Browser.

Your top 5?

RT News
RealCalc
Coin Flip
Twitter
Simple Last.fm Scrobler

This is assuming stock apps are kept too such as phone sms stock email app etc etc.

No particular order

Titanium Backup (So I don't have to keep 5 apps ;))
PowerAmp
LBE Privacy Guard
Quickpic
Root Explorer

Poweramp
Twitter
ES File Explorer
XDA Forum App
MX Video Player

Ones I use a lot

I own PowerAmp but don't have it installed. I had the feeling it was draining the battery quicker than the stock music app, is this the case or am I just delusional? It was a better player.

PowerAmp I use mainly because of the EQ features. With these on battery takes a hit, but it improves the audio significantly via decent headphones.

Top 5 would have to be:

GMail
Skype
WhatsApp
Time Recording Pro
Slacker Radio

Although I use around 10 apps frequently every day I reckon:

Gmail
Time Recording Pro
WhatsApp
Slacker Radio
FriendCaster
Skype
Tapatalk
Boat Browser
Dropbox
Pure Grid Calendar

I simply cannot live without a few:

1: ES File Explorer
Allows me to manage files between phone, PC via wireless, my website via FTP. It can now allow you to manage your phone via a browser as well through Windows Explorer.

2: SMS Backup+
To push new MMS/SMS to a Gmail label for archiving.

3: Titanium Backup
Everyone knows how awesome this is. No explanation required.

4: NZBAir
Control my SAB client and browse NZBMatrix on the move and send downloads directly to PC.

5: WhatsApp
X-Platform comms. This has saved me many MMS credits as well as voice minutes and more importantly, time and effort!

Flipboard is getting in the list though very fast! So good. It deifinitely will alongside Currents on the S3 though. As might Comic Rack as I start reading The Walking Dead on a big screen.
