Your Top Karaoke Songs?

I have organised a Karaoke night for my lacrosse team, we've hired out a pub and have large number of us turning up. The rules state everyone must sing a least one song solo, the best and worst of which will face spoof pints etc..

Anyway, i'm struggling trying to think of some good karaoke tunes.

What are your top Karaoke songs?

Ladies and Gentlemen I present Howard who has got to be the worst karaoke singer in the world (with the help of his mate).
Believe it or not Howard as sold over 300 cd's containing these three songs and ten more.
