I would go for the OCUK gs and overclock it personally

I tend not to do any overclocking, so i would get the XFX and run it at stock, cos it's clocked higher!

But thats just me. up to you really

Think i will got for the XFX as ive only just seen that the BFG is APG!

Unless someone has a better idea for same sort of money?

The XFX is fine although as mentioned I'd probably just overclock the OcUK version personally. If you have no particular leaning towards Nvidia then you could also consider the Powercolor X800 GTO16 as it is to all intents and purposes a slightly underclocked X850XT, as it is it probably equals the 6800gs but overclocked(which admittedly you could do with either card) it should pull away. You can't really lose whichever one you go for.
