Youtube and other sites not working in IE

Hi folks,

Long-time Chrome user here - bit fed up with bad performance in youtube and general sluggishness, so decided to give IE11 a try - running the latest IE11 on windows 7.

Youtube.com loads but won't let me log in and none of the buttons are working, and I can't view any videos - I've enabled Java scripting as per youtube's warning that popped up, but no joy.

Any ideas?

Reset Internet Explorer settings.

Try KIA's suggestion first, then if it still doesn't work visit the site and then click on the cog on the right, then select "Compatibility View Settings" and click add.

See what happens then.

Thanks chaps - will give those a whirl and get back if still not working.
