Youtube bug?

i think i have some kind of bug or something, my youtube videos wont load or take a long time and keep buffering. My videos used to load in a second as soon as the page loads, web pages load in a split second though.
If someone knows how to fix please tell me...

Annoyingly this happened about 2 months ago as well, it took them many days to fix.
