Youtube does not work on iphone

Hi,
My Aunt seems to be having trouble with youtube on her iphone. She has the 16GB iphone fully unlocked but is using the actual O2 iphone contract.
Every time she loads up youtube it tried to connect either through O2 or wireless network and then says 'cannot connect'. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? If so, what is the fix?

Any help would be appreciated.

It's the unlocking/jailbreaking process that screws up youtube, there are various fixes as add-on (See Installer and Cydia) but I never had any luck until I re-"virginized" the phone and re-did the jailbreaking with a more recent ZiPhone (or equivalent).

The latest version of iPhone apparently solved the problem. Try the fixes from Installer first then unlock it again if it doesn't work.
