Youtube / Firefox - "An error occured. Please try again later."

I've been getting the following error in youtube for a couple of weeks now...

I've tried reinstalling Firefox and Flash, and also downgrading to Flash v10, but no help.

Also all other flash video sites (e.g. iPlayer) seem to work fine, it's just Youtube.

Chrome and IE work fine, it's only in Firefox. Any ideas? Thanks.

Try the HTML5 trial instead?

Actually I gave that a go but still get the same. Strangely that link tells me "You are currently in the HTML5 trial. " but I still get Flash if I right click on the video.
