Youtube - Lights out

I think that this is the best place to ask this question.

I use Chrome and I remember about a year ago, maybe more. On YouTube, there used to be an option near the top right, and if I remember correctly it was called 'Lights Out' mode. It essentially turned the white background to black and dimmed everything else apart from the video.

Is this feature still active somewhere? - Or can you recommend a good Chrome extension.

or if you want a few more bells and whistles you can try Magic Actions for YouTube. I use this because it improves my youtube streaming speed and gives me repeat etc
