YouTube Premium

i like it but it follows a very familiar pattern, play one song and the next ten to 15 will be almost the same list each time.

I'm a very light user so not put a lot of effort into customisation and the kids play their music also so i guess on that front the fact it sticks to the genra is probably a good thing
I have found one major annoyance: podcasts. Spotify handles them better. I could love with a slightly inferior UI....but I've also noticed that it's not updating one of my favourite Podcasts (Smith & Sniff). So I'll have to either listen to that through Spotify still, or listen to the podcast via Youtube, and I don't know how well that works in the car. Google always seem to get something wrong.

Back to normal YT as of today. Downloaded Brave browser on IOS, that seems to be keeping me ad-free so far and seems to follow app-style layout quite well for web based version. I just can’t justify that monthly price for my usage.

Edit: Also realised with my premium gone and now im using browser on mobile. I’ve now deleted the YT app and thats the final google app deleted from my phone, silver linings and all that. Haha.

The ghostery chrome plugin stops YT ads, and it seems youtube music still works ad-free even though I'm no longer paying for it?

No car app though, only through the phone or website

I'm bluetoothing the phone to the car and have all the music? bit weird
