Youtube problems.

My uncle wants to take a song out of a video DVD and put it onto youtube. I am currently having problems with this, i am currently trying Vertualdub. and am also having problems getting to grips with it. Any suggestion lads?

*Edit* I have cut out the song i needed after a few days hard work lol! I am currently trying to compress it and put it on YouTube.

Yeh and? more information is needed than just saying you have problems. We all have problems with things but unless more info is told then you not gunna get much help.

There isn't much more to tell mate. I've pretty much covered what i am trying to do and how i am trying to do it and if there was anyone else who could help me?

PS: Having some trouble with compressing the file smaller than 100MB, its currently 7.94 GB for a 4 and a half minute song video!

if you're having trouble with vdub, then download autogk google it, its freeware, and does the converting for you, lets you choose filesize too
