Youtube Query

Ok this is a long complicated story but it is very important! I was browsing my YouTube account when suddenly my FireFox browser went off, i logged back in YouTube but it said my account was perm banned. I had 117 song videos and nothing that bended the rules. I think it was a hacker as it said that something was happening to youtube through sygate and some hints in Kaspersky. I have sent an email to YouTube and it has been 2 weeks and still there is no reply, what should i do?

Were these videos that you had permission to upload?

Were any of them copyrighted? I'd take it up with the Youtube admins. :eek:

Two weeks seems a long time, but they have been busy taking a lot of stuff down lately. I'd drop them another mail.

Not sure what else you could do.
