youtube trouble

Hi 1 day ago youtube was working and now the website doesn't load up on my computer, according to others youtube is up and not down.Tried other computers on the same connection still no joy keeps saying server not found even thoght the url spelling is correct.I also checked the router and it doesnt seem to have any rules to block youtube so i dunno i can load metacafe no problem it's just youtube.



any ideas ?

aol, can't even get on opendns website just keeps saying server not found also tried nslookup www.youtube.com says dns request timed out, time out was 2 seconds.

Never had this problem before is it just high demand on aol servers ?
 
I'm also on AOL and can't access several websites today. :(


I have had something similar in the past, but never for this many sites. Unfortunately it tends to fix itself and you just have to sit it out.

EDIT: However, re. Youtube I remember seeing a message about them doing maintenance from 5pm PDT (I think), so that would be why that site fails to load.

EDIT 2: And now they're all back again. :)
