youtube video caching (firefox)

hi

i watch video at youtube all the time, some are over 20mins long and can take a while to loading the video (red processing bar)

wondered if it's possible to caching the video so i can watch it again without waiting for the video to be load to save time and bandwidth.

i dont really want to "download" the video of youtube and watch it locally with external media player like VLC etc

You could look for the cached file in your temp folders but that would get lost probably when you shut your browser down. The only way to keep the video would be to download it.
