YouTube Video Conversion to AVI...

I have downloaded some videos off YouTube, now I want to convert them to AVI format.

Ideally I want to keep the file size roughly the same, but once converted to AVI, it needs to have kept all of its quality.

So what do you guys use to convert .FLV files to .AVI?

haha, of course I did that.
But the results returned make the file size double the original .FLV file, and or not in some cases loss of quality.

I suppose I could try some of them out, but I was just wondering what anyone on here used

Theres an add on for firefox that lets you save them as avi, not sure what it does for size though.
