Hi guys, i posted a video of my battlfield 2 beta game play vid on youtube, and i need help in an argument hes having with people on there, he is saying

@JKayF1 I've played this on console (xbox 360 i ant botherd with my ps3 yet) and it looks well crap, defo more enjoyment playing it on pc.

X360 = £129.99 + Game = £34.99 = 164.98

PC= £700+ to run it on full? + 24.99 = A shed load of cash!


So could sumone please help in this argument, he doesnt seem to understand the difference. Im not good at arguing but im getting fed up with console bashers as they are killing our pc game market.
 
Just tell him each to there own then Block him, Consoles suit some people & people like to defend there corner, No point arguing over something where Personal opinion plays such a Large part of the answer.

Everybody knows PC's Pawnz all anyway. :D
 
I can't believe people still care about winning these sort of arguments.

He is 100% right though, it is cheaper to game on the consoles than it is on the pc. He has a very good reason to not get it on the pc.

Seems to be a fairly redundant argument. I'm not the wealthiest guy I know, being one of the few forum members not working in a high-paying IT job, but my disposable income lets me stay on top of the PC hardware market with yearly upgrades, pick up far more games than I ever have time to play (mainly through Steam & D2D) and still get away to different parts of the country a few times a year for festivals, free parties or notably desirable gatherings of friends. If you've got the cash for gaming at its best, you might as well spend it.

i think personally the pc is so much better than any console but there is people who think different.
 
its just so annoying, because he seems to not realise a pc is not just for game.. its a variety of other things too. ahh well ill do what you guys said leave him to it, maybe its jealousy and hes trying to make himself feel better.
 
maybe he should include the price of his tv when adding up.
personally i like many others game on both, why restrict yourself.
 
When you can have open 5 Firefox pages, 1 Explorer, MSN, Steam, 3 Abode pdf files, 3 Word docs and a Powerpoint on a console so you can revise, do coursework, game and waste lots of time doing none of the above, he might have a point. But since he can't understand that, just annoy him :p

you earn money in life, whats the point if you just want to save up and not spend anything on yourself. Yeah save up but jeez dont have to go to the extent of making ure life a mysery lol
 
Lol. Maybe he needs to realise that if it wasn't for the PC, he wouldn't be playing Battlefield, Bioshock, Modern Warfare, Gears of War (Epic owe their success to PC gamers) etc. etc. etc. Console fanboys have a lot to be thankful for.
