YUMI-esque tool for Windows installers

Hello, I want a tool which I can use to have a multiboot USB pen for all my Windows OS needs, whether they be server or 7.

I know for Linux I can use YUMI. But is there a Windows alternative? Ideas?

Do you want a Windows install to boot off the drive or just the Windows installer?

I want both installers on 1 USB pen, as it seems a waste to have 1x8Gb pen for 7 and 1x8Gb for server... Or having to redo them every time I want to reinstall
