i only have about that to spend. want to o/c but will do that at a later point when can afford a cooler. Already have a sata hdd and a IDE dvdrw. Going to temporally use my 32" LCD for a monitor. So here goes the questions, at some point will want to upgrade to new penron's is that mobo ok, also the same with the 9800's. Is that graphics card worth the money.

Games and office stuff will be the main use. One important thing is for it to be quiet, and i have read good things about that case.

Thanks!

Edit: Also as i am a poor student :P future proofing as much as possible is important! thanks

The case and psu certainly are quiet, you've picked a good assortment of equipment there too. The stock cooler for the cpu is pretty noisey, so getting that replaced at some point is definately a good idea, especially if you are going to overclock. I don;t have any personal experience with the gfx card you have picked, but reviews show that it is very good for it price. The motherboard is ready for penryn cpus too, so no problems there!

Good luck with the build dude!
