Looking for a 19" w/screen panel, and have seen this one, which caught my eye. As im building a complete system (on a quite small budget), i've only got around £140 for my monitor.

Why not an Asus or Belinea 19" Widescreen as listed by the ownrs of these very forums. Andi.
