Seeing as we will most likely not see Broadwell on Z97 and have to buy Z107 or what ever they're going to call it, Does anyone have any news regarding rough release dates etc... ?

I thought Z97 boards were released with Broadwell compatibility in mind? I've not heard anything about broadwell needing a new socket or chipset. It seems like a lost cause anyway as Skylake will be released not long after (in the same year!). Skipping Broadwell completely might be a good idea

Will be very interesting to see what Intel do with this, as I can't see them waiting the best part of a year at least to produce a DDR4 mainstream chipset.
