Are the CPUs delidded and TIM replaced on these bundles? I would think so, but just wanted to confirm this.

Pretty sure that they aren't if they were, it would be stated in the description. I think that they are tested, and the bundle pricing is based on the silicon lottery

There not it would specify this and would also void the warranty on he cpu if delidded.

OCUK warranty all their deliddded CPUs.
....and in this description, it actually says it's been delidded. I'm sure it didn't before...
