Z490 PRIME, Z63 AIO Blocking 1st Ram slot ?

Does anyone know if the Z490 prime can fit 4 sticks of RAM and work with the Z63 AIO as i here this cooler can block the first ram slot or any Z490 it works with this cooler with 4 stocks of ram, Many thanks

I think your best bet is to check out youtube reviews. I have never heard of an AIO blocking RAM slots.
