How can I tell if the fuse has gone, just recived them but no power

A double A battery, torch light bulb and a piece of metal wire.

Or use a electrical meter to test the fuse.

If you touch the probes together on a meter it should emit a beep (has to be in the right mode)

^ or you can just measure the resistance.

get in touch with logitech, they'll send you a new fuse.

Thats rather extreme to have an easily bought fuse from your local shop. To have one shipped all the way from Switzerland.

Don't they have internal fuses as well? Usually on the back plate.

Yea was just the fuse, got plenty spare now, oh well cost me £2.50 for some Z5500, cant really complain!

dammit, think mine has blown (nothing happens when i press plug power cord in)

first time since i bought them in Nov 2005, had to order 10 fuses for around £5

Probably can get them in bulk but 500+ maybe do a "fuse powebuy" ;-)

Yup mine went after about 2-3 years.

Tried some fuses with a current handling rating that was a little low and the speakers blew them all

Got the correct fuse or one with a lightly higher current rating and all will be fine
