Hi, I have a 2600k and a gtx580, on a p8z68-v pro motherboard, and I was wondering, is it possible to have a monitor output on both the discrete output AND the onboard at the same time, as I already have two outputs from the 580, and I'd like to add a third, but another card means more money.

Yea. I did it, but windows decided to be bitchy when I tried to output onto the third.

Just buy my 8800GTX already!:p

Also, why start so many threads when I can give you the same answer via google chat? That's what ends up happening anyways!

Seeing as you already have 3 monitors... why not just try it?

so obvious, why didn't I think of that?

Because you are incredibly thick ;)

EDIT: just to reiterate my point

This happened now during google chat ;)
