When making a BUDGET gaming computer. is there any reason why i should not use the chip set Z68.
EVGA Z68 SLI Micro. for £60 is look to have it all.
GA-Z68AP-D3 . for £50 what could go wrong.

3220 doesn't overclock. not saying it won't work, but that's like buying a ferrari to drive around in London at 20mph. waste.

if you plan on swapping the CPU for K later on, you might as well get newer Z77 board anyway.

AGAIN not asking that am it.
i have no interest in overclock or swapping out the chip latter.

for the parts i have put on the table is there any problem with z68

Gigabyte will run it fine, not sure about EVGA, but I think so, just can't find CPU support list to verify.

the only thing you might encounter is that if they don't have the latest BIOS supporting 22nm on them from the box, you'll have to get SB CPU to update it first.

thanks. a may just run a SB chip so no problems. and not even 100% on running a 660 as it will not get used to it 100%.

sorry for been an ass lol with your first few reply's, the system is for my 5yo boy so not wanting to spend a ton. when by the time he can play proper games he will need a new system anyway 3+ years.
