Morning all

I can't seem to get my bios to load by hitting the DEL key on my USB keyboard.

Only way I can get into bios from boot is to plug in my old PS/2 keyboard... :rolleyes:

I have usb legacy function enabled and usb controllers enabled in bios

Keyboard is Logitech K400 (works flawlessly in windows) Bios is F8. Full spec below.

Any ideas? :confused:

Is it plugged into a USB3 port?

It was - but tested that today - plugged into standard usb2 port next to the PS/2 socket - still not joy.

The keyboard is wireless? Could be because the BIOS can't load up the wireless drivers for it, you will need to use a wired keyboard.

I had issues with the USB legacy function on my Gigabyte mobo.

Unfortunately the only way I could get around that was to use the PS2 port, but obviously that isn't an option for you.

f8 the latest bios?

F10 is the latest stable for that board. There is a beta UEFI but I'd not bother if it were me...

Yeh, I'm on F8. F10 doesn't add much apart from support for the newer processors as far as I can tell...

Cheers anyway guys - will stick with the PS/2 or TouchBios I guess.

tried f10? it might support your kb in the bios? if not you can flash back to f8
