Z690 vs Z790 board restriction from 4 slot GPU and only 4 SATA?

Looking at the Z690 and Z790 motherboards

not much of a difference between the 2

But a 4 slot GPU would swallow all the PCIe slots on the board. cant see any boards that after a 4 slot GPU have 2 PCIe slots free

Also whats with these boards that only have 4 sata ports?

Anyone use these boards that has spare PCIe slots after a 4 slot GPU installed?

and with 6 sata ports all activated with storage drives?

If you want SATA get the Z790 PG Riptide, it has 8. Not sure how far the little PCI-E slot is from the primary. Getting two is going to be a problem though, what do you need 2 for? You might be able to get a board that includes what one of those cards is?

the last 2 slots is used for my sound card and wifi card, internal
