Z77 & compatibility

Would the following RAM be compatible with a Z77 mobo & an i7-3770K CPU:

I understand that it's a triple channel kit ant that I will only be able to use 16GB of it, but will the voltage specs etc be fine?

I have seen a lot of problemswith Corsair Vengence and X79 / Z77. I personally would go GSKILL and a dual channel kit as Z77 is dual channel architecture,

I already have this RAM

Currently have:

Intel i7 920
Asus Rampage II Extreme X58
24GB Ram Corsair
nVidia 580 GTX

I'm looking to upgrade my CPU & mobo. Wana do it in as less cash as possible.

Why don't you just try 16 GB of the RAM you already have and see how you get on?

If it works great, if it doesn't you can soon get something else.
