Clockers I have been searching high and low to try and find a Z77 mini itx mobo, but those on the net are stupidly priced....really. Any ideas where to source one from (preferably Asus, but not too fussy) please as I am looking to go SFF with my 3570K. Thanks and keep well

You won't find a new one cheap buddy, anything still for sale in Z77 is end of line.
I'd sell the 3570k if I were you and jump to Haswell and Z87, Z97.

MSI Z87 ITX boards can be had for really cheap if you look around.

I have been thinking of that Legion, just love my 3570K as "we been through so much together" hahahaha...you know I mean. 3570K does everything, plays everything and then some that is why I am sentimental about it I suppose. I think your suggestion is a more common sense approach though to be honest

Nothing wrong with the 3570k at all, shame about the board availability and pricing. Maybe you can look at picking up one in used condition?
