Z77 or H77 for easy overclock on i5 3570k

About to change my setup and wondering if anyone has either of these setups and an easy overclock (probably just multiplier)
Also any recommendations for a particular Motherboard

Z77 will be better for overclocking than the H77,

Got the Asrock and its great just have to be a bit carefull with the cooler choice.

Dont go for the H77, did it myself when first building my ivy system as i had not done the reaserch, OC was not what i would call supported.
