Z77 Motherboard Recommendation

After being disappointed by Haswell, I snapped up a 3770k instead that was going cheap instead. So naturally, a motherboard upgrade is in order.

I've currently got my eye on the MSI Z77 MPower, but I'd like to hear any recommendations. My only real requirements are decent overclocking and nicely spaced PCI-E slots for potential SLI in the future.

Also, would it be worth getting a new RAM kit? I currently have an i7 920 @ 3.8GHz with 3x4GB 1600MHz rated Corsair Vengeance RAM, I figured I could just use two of those sticks in the new board and downsize to 8GB total? I was thinking about getting 8GB of Samsung Green for their superior overclocking and selling my 920 stuff as a set as a possibility too.

EDIT: Okay so I've been doing some research, and I've picked out the following as potentials:

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 (I heard this one has a thin PCB? Might be a bit worrying since I'm planning to mount a CNPS12X to it; I don't want to warp the board.)
Asus P8Z77-V
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H
MSI Z77 MPower (Apparently this one has some reliability issues/some features don't work properly?)
MSI Z77A-GD65

I'd love to hear your opinions on the above boards, or even if you think it's worth stepping up to a more expensive model. Ideally I'm hoping to get around a 4.5~4.7GHz overclock, so if you don't think these boards are up to it please let me know.

I have just purchased the GD65
Its running an i5-2500K, 4x2GB Samsung 10600u, Installed in my Antec P180 and using a CoolerMaster Hyper 412S

So far its overclocked from stock 3.3GHZ to 4.3GHZ just using the 'Geni' button
- At that speed I get a stable 40'c when idle (case ambient ~23') in Win7 Ultimate

The board is well laid out, BIOS is easy to use, Drivers are all on the CD.
I would recommend this board, the spec on paper is close to the Asus boards, but price, quality and design all sold it for me.
