Z790 tUF + multiple NVME + 16 lanes to gPU possible?

Hey, i want to have multiple NVME and 16 lanes to GPU. is this possible? I'm looking at z790 TUF DDR5 board and the manual is a pain
ideally need 2-3x NVME. which motherboard if any lets me do this?

With Z790 and a PCI-E 5.0 SSD, no, it is not (because boards with a PCI-E 5.0 M.2 slot steal it from the GPU). With Z790 and PCI-E 4.0 SSDs, knock yourself out.
