Z87X-OC Front USB 3 Header

Hi All,
My USB 3.0 front header has suddenly stopped working, I've checked the connection and it's definitely plugged in. I checked the connection (unplugged and plugged it back in and i've re-installed the chip set drivers and they still don't work. The rear USB 3.0 ports work though.
Case is a Corsair 750D
Any advise would be appreciated!

Think you would have to plug another usb 3 cable/caddy into the onboard socket and see if that works, to rule out the mobo

What is the BIOS version?

What is the Windows installed?

BIOS version F6 and Winodws 8.1 x64. It has been working fine for the last month or so since I bought it

Did you try to install the hot fix to check?

you should have another usb 3.0 header on that board, well I think there is, it should be down the bottom next to the front panel LED, HDD, RESET and POWER connector socket, it might have a cap covering it. If so try plugging it in that one.
