Zacate E350 Vs Intel Celeron G530

I am looking a building a low power home server, to do things like DHCP, DNS, Files etc

It's either out of Zacate E350:

I assume the Celeron would be quicker, but by how much, and is it worth £30 more?

For £50 you get 6 SATA ports,and HDMI,DVI and VGA outputs!!
