Hi All,
I bought a Zalman "Multi Fan Speed Controller ZM-MFC1" unit , and when I attached it to my "ASUS A8N SLI Premium" 4400+ system , the CPU fan rotated slowly and the case fans stopped !
To connect this unit up you just power it from a standard power supply molex 4 pin plug , and the use interceptor cables where the CPU cable plugs into a cable which then goes to the fan controller .
The fan unit has dials to slow or speed up the fan , and trust me I tried them in both directions , one way stopepd the CPU fan the other it rotated slowly .
Does anyone know how to use these units with config ?, any advise would be appreaciated .
