Zalman CNPS8000 best 'silent' cooler?

Am I right in saying the Zalman the best 'silent' cooler for my Sugo Evo? (I will have a E6400 to cool.

So does anyone have any experience with the Thermaltake SI-128 Heatpipe or the SilverStone Nitrogon NT06? They are both passive but with the E6400 are they good enough?

Cheers for the advice guys, I've stumped for the SI-128 (passivley cooled) along wth my passively cooled PSU we will see how stable it wil run. If not very stable I'll try out the Zalman.
