Zalman CNPS9500-AM2 worth it?

Im building an AMD AM2 system using the asus m2n32 deluxe motherboard and an am2 x2 4000+ cpu and was wandering if it is worth getting the new zalman cpu cooler?? or am i better rite now with just sticking with the reference heatsink and fan? I am planning to use the PC for gaming mainly and am hoping to overclock it. Thanks in advanced

Do any of you guys know if the artic cooling will be bringing out a cooler for am2 any time soon? or does the current freezer 64 pro fit on am2? Im really wanting to get one of these since its cheaper then the zalman and i think its quieter
