Zalman CNPS9500-Cu LED

i think i will buy the 'Zalman CNPS9500-Cu LED' it seems to be one of the best cpu coolers on the market atm along with the 'Scythe Ninja' but i like the Zalman just that bit better due to its looks and seems easier to attach and is lighter. anyone recommend this?

well the coolers that are mention are currently the best on the market either the zalman or the scythe ninja are good what your system specs

I have that cooler and I think it's excellent! Highly recommend it.

I have a X2 3800+ clocked to 2500MHz @ 1.4V and it cools it nicely - 30C idle and about 38/39C fully loaded.

i personaly dont have the cooler but if you check on the zalman website it does fit all intel sockets and the review that you posted from Xbit labs will tell you that it is a very good cooler which tou can see from the graphs

I have one but haven't been impreseed tbh.

Idle temps of 45c to 48c load temps of 55c 59c with a fx-57.

ok as i said i have a 3.2GHz p4 prescott how high could i O/C it so that it wouldn't be much higher than 50-55oC?

as far as i know you should be able to get 3.4-3.6 maybee if your mobo will take it without reaching 55 althogh i am not very familiar with intel CPUs

looking @ http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/coolers/display/5-cool_24.html it says it has a 2.8GHz p4 O/ced to 4.06GHz

nick, my P4 idles at 45C with an Evo 33. and gets to 3.2 at 60C load. And it is the same processor (socket, core and speed) so the EVo 33 is good. But i dont think it will do beyond 3.2. I going to try it tho.

what your cpu cant be o/ced using that? i have my cpu o/ced at to 3.5GHz and its only 50oC if even at full load
