Zalman CNPS9500 LED Question

just replaced my Zalman 7000B with CNPS9500 LED + Arctic Silver 5 on Asus P4C800-E Deluxe socket 478

i can see 2-3 *C temp drop with only 1350rpm versa 7000B some 2000rpm
which is good i think

once installed i can move whole cooler few degrees clock and anti-clockwise direction is not so stiff like 7000B where u can't move it at all

is this normal ?

Asked the exact same question when i got mine, everyone replied with the same answer, which was a big fat yes

thanks dude i was beginning to worry

and probably is possible to turn plastic socket on mobo so the zalman's fitting clip will run thru heatpipes
oh well to lazy to try this time
