Hello all, i'm looking to buy a few base parts i'm unlikely to change for a while to my PC so I was thinking the case makes the most sense to go for first, I love the imposing look of this case, and I saw one video review that seems to have good things to say about it, but whats peoples general opinions? looks, build quality, airflow etc? i'll probably have no more than a 3.3/3.6ghz i7 920 in it so, it wont be hugely intense, although i'd like for the case fans to not be horribly loud or anything, or does anyone else have any other good recommendations? I dont mind too much about the case, I just dont want it to look terrible as it will be looking at me everytime i'm in my room haha :p, Many Thanks for the help ;D

Shouldn't it be then matt instead glossy shiny plastic reflecting light easily because of rounded shapes?
(+slightest scratches show more easily)

That restrictive stamped mesh in front of fan blades will cause turbulence noise/lower airflow so they would need cutting away.
Also that plastic HDD caddy wraps tightly around HDD so acoustically it's hardly better than hard HDD mounting. (besides preventing conductive cooling to case structure)

I quite fancied this case myself after seeing a few builds in it but in the end I fell in love with the Silverstone Fortess, I highly recommend having a look at this, a really fantastic case.

Hmmm thank you for that, I had a look at that case and it's not entirely what I was looking for, but thanks for the suggestion anyway, i'm also looking at the Cosmos S case and the Antec 1200 purely for the air cooling power of it, I heard someone say the Cosmos S isnt so great at air cooling but I cant believe that with how well it's setup, and even a 200mm fan on the side, does anyone have any views on this? it seems to be between these 3 cases now, perhaps an Antec 900-2 but these are the cases i'm looking at quite a bit

It's the real/original Cosmos which has few cooling problems like HDDs.
(Cosmos S 1100 is just Stacker crossed with shape of Cosmos)

Side fan itself can't replace normal cooling layout. Can you guess from temperature results (third graph) which cases have side fan?

I forgot to mention in my first post that i'm looking for a full tower, and that doesnt look like one, but hey if i'm wrong then i'll definitely look into it more :D
