Zalman northbridge water block question

I have just put my Zalman northbridge waterblock onto a Asus Maximus Formula however i can see about 1/4 of a mm of the corners of the chipset......will this be a problem?

i have applied MX2 onto the chipset too.

The actual die will be under the middle of the IHS.
