Hey all, had my reserator for a while now but decided to finally use it. Its the first edition and its missing some bits (got it 2nd hand)

i've got these parts to mount it..

Am i doing something tarded? :/

You need the blue and silver mounting brackets. If thats all the bits you have then you have 1/2 the mounting bracket i'm afraid :(

Installation instructions are here from zalman

edit: hold on a sec... had another look. It all depends on what motherboard you are installing onto. You have the fitments to attach through the motherboard to a backing plate, and then attach the block to it.... I can't remember the socket though, looks like intel fittings??

thanks for the replies guys. i'm on a 939 socket and if i use the original backing plate and the bits on top (i'm not sure if i gotta use all of them or not) but if i use the least amount it is too low and all of them it is too high.

i contacted zalman about a week ago about some spares for the reserator and haven't got a reply yet. >.<
