Yesterday I found an old E5200 CPU lying around so decided to build up a spare system for loling about with, only problem was I had no LGA775 motherboard, no big sticks of DDR2 and no non-manky cases. So I ordered from here a MSI LGA775 board with DDR3 support, a 4GB stick of 1333 and a Zalman T1 case.
If im honest I was not expecting much for £17.99, as long as I didn't sever an artery on a sharp edge or have the plastic fall apart I would have been satisfied, but what arrived stunned me so much I actually spent a few minutes just staring at it.
This case isn't just amazing for the price it would have been okay for double the price, I cannot fathom how Zalman or OCUK are making any profit on this, it comes with a three pin 92mm case fan, space for 1 optical, 2 hard drives and an SSD and loads of fan mounts (I will prob install my H50 in it at some point). But having said all that they haven't sacrificed quality, the case is painted a nice matt black inside and out, it has been designed to a very high level to make the best use of space, it feels solid and even comes with rubber mounts for the drives. Never have I seen such a cheap case designed/built to such a high standard.
Seriously if your looking for a really cheap case do not discount this for being too cheap, it should cost at least £10 more.
