amazing. my evga gtx680 signature 2 idle at 29C and around 75C at load. (80 and above in furmark)

mine is dead silent tho.

But that goes for about £30 last time I checked. Think something like a Antec Super Cyclone should be enough.

Will an exhaust below the card definitely catch the hot air? I was thinking maybe it would interfere with the cool air being drawn into the card as well.

is anything else in your case running hot?

if not I wouldn't bother - just outfit your case with the best airflow you can and don't worry about pci card extractor-me-bobs

With that Lian-Li one it probably would; however with the Antec Super Cyclone it is only at the rear of the case, so it should it probably catch the heat at the rear of the case, since the OP already got a fan at front blowing the heat that the VF3000 dump into the case toward the back.

But still it is probably not really necessary if the OP considering the current temp is already low enough. It is really a shame the case's side-panel don't have a fan mount...
