Zalman VF900 Question???

I have an ATI X1900XT and I am looking to get rid of the very noisy Stock fan. Will installing the Zalman VF900 increase my case temps by much?
As the hot air is kept in the case as opposed to outside as with the stock cooler.

I have a Lian-Li PC-7 v2 with 2 120mm fans and an Artic freezer pro

I am currently sat at CPU temp - 34 Degrees, Case temp - 48 Degrees, PWMIC - 45 Degrees

I didn't notice any increase in temps, especially CPU (as that's right above it) I do have two 12cm exhausts so that problaby helps.

I didn't notice an increase in case temps when I put my VF900 on my X1900XT.. What I did notice after installing it was that I could hear myself speak over the noise of the fan while gaming, unlike with the leafblower attached! Made my card run a fair bit cooler as well!
