So basically summer is coming up and jobs will be worked!
And looking to replace my LG L226W.
Plan would also to be to buy a blue-ray drive and currently looking at two choices:
Zalman ZM-215W***
Dell SP2309 23"
Basically looking into the 3D monitor as I study design for digital Media and hopefully going into my honors years in september and think this would be an interesting subject to look into, possibly creating everything from a 3D folio website to a short animation.
But unless I can get the uni to buy a screen would mean carrying it back and forth occasionally, and sadly means it would probally be left in uni and won't get much use. Unless I buy a case and take it in daily or monday to friday.
But the dell is also tempting just for the higher resolution and would give more screen space to work from.
Apart from if I get the Zalman the sale of my current screen would go towards paying this one. Such as I can't convince the uni to get one, so I have a spare here depending how intensive studio work is during that week.
So any insights or thoughts? Anything else I would need to consider?
