I recently got bought a Zalman Z9 Plus case from overclockers as a present.

I switched all my components over the the Z9 in the hope of an easy install to get it up and running.

Went to turn it on, and nothing. Not an inch of power.

I finally wittled it down to the Z9's power switch being faulty, as I am able to power the computer up from my old cases power switch.

Is there any fix I can do? Or is it worth just sending it back for a new one?

Cheers.

I've tried to connect the power switch to my motherboard in multiple wayswith no success.

But upon connecting my old cases switch to it, and using that. It booted straight away.

Is it plugged in behind the front panel?

When I first threw everything in the case, I removed the front panel and it was not plugged in, I did however plug it in afterwards and it still does not work.

I have blue tacked the wire down across the top of the case, stretched out.. and it works okay.

Definitely seems like a dodgy wire or button somewhere along there.

I guess the best thing to do would be just to return?
