Zalman Z9 Plus

I've been wanting to get this case for weeks for my new build and just as i'm getting close to having enough money to order it goes out of stock everywhere :(

I can't find this anywhere now that doesnt have it on "pre-order" status...
 
Really want this case, you get a lot for the price. I just built my friends new PC and suggested this case to him, he really like it and i enjoyed building with it :)
 
Shall be getting it tomorrow. Just checked the tracking and it's been loaded on the van ready for delivery :p Really can't wait now.
 
the z9 is a very very good case for the price, the only thing is that if you have a gpu longer than 11.4 inches it won't fit, but then were talking super gpu's like the 6990 and 590 and if you have them i doubt you'd spend only £45 on a case
 
Really don't like the look of that side panel. Stick two fans on it and it completely ruins the look of the case. Also doesn't look like there's an easy way to add filters.
 
I see what you mean by the filter issue. I was contemplating doing a mod on mine by cutting out the grid section and replacing it with perspex, then cutting slits into the perspex and drilling holes for the fans. Effectively making it a full window case with two side panel fans. Then you can get filter pads to put infront of 120mm fans to stop dust coming in.

Will require a little bit of work but shouldn't be too much hassle. And if I ever get around to doing it i'll be sure to post pics up.
 
I moved the fan at the side to the bottom of the case, the mesh makes a lot of noise. Other than that it's a fantastic case.
