I'm thinking about getting a Zalman ZM-MFC2 or some other fan controller (any suggestions?). The problem is that most of the things in my machine are ran off a molex connector. All my case fans are molex and my graphics card cooler is also molex, the only thing that is 3 pin that will plug into the Zalman ZM-MFC2 is the CPU fan and from the looks off it the Zalman ZM-MFC2 only takes 3x 3pin and 1x 4pin, but no molex.

What would be the best route to go so I can get all my fans and graphics card cooler plugged into the fan controller? Basically I want to just regulate the airflow and noise from outside the case depending on how hot the day is or what time at night it is (loud pc at night = fail), currently I have to do this from inside the case as all my fans are Antec TriCool's and have a little switch so heaving the PC out 2 days a day to change fan speeds is too much. Would a fan controller be the best option?

Cheers!

I would think so.

You can get Molex to 3 pin adaptors that would allow you to control them from the Zalman.

A wanted ad in the MM would probably net you quite a few cheaply!

If you can get the adapters the Zalman ZM-MFC2 is excellent. It actually controls 4 fans plus the cpu fan. Connector No 1 is a dual connector that goes to two fans. Perfect if like my case, you have two front fans. If you can't get adapters then Yate Loon D12SL-12 120mm fans work very well with it. I tried it with the Akasa Ambers i had originally and they did'nt like to be reduced in speed as they kept "pulsing".

The four temp probes are good as well, and the power meter is an interesting feature too.
