Well I've already got one, and there's no way in hell I'm buying another; as I've primarily got it for a few titles coming like TotA now that I've finished Zelda.
If I was buying one and didnt have one already though, I'd definately have this one if the price isn't massively off. I'd have been more excited if they'd packaged it up with surprise 3DS release of Majora's Mask or Wind Waker however.

The other bundles seem to be around the £165 mark so I'd expect this to be similar, think I can sell my Aqua 3DS and the extra copy of OOT3D for around £110 to someone I know so only a bit extra to get this one.
The new firmware out this month apparently enables 3DS to 3DS transfer too so can transfer everything over.
